결론은 양치 잘하고 한번에 큰 힘을 가하기 보다 작은 힘으로 여러번 교합하는 등 악습관 교정 신경쓰면 치아균열을 예방할 수 있다.
실제로도 크랙나서 온 환자들 보면 병적으로 이갈이가 있지 않은 이상 정기검진은 물론 치석도 쌓일 대로 쌓인데다 인접면에 크고 작은 충치 보이는 등 깨끗한 걸 본 적이 없음.
