I think just because they think the shit they learn at school school is "enough". Besides, some of these assholes aren't even grateful that people are helping them on this site. Some asshole keeps trying to nitpick (by nitpick, I mean acting irrationally,l and constantly swearing like a typical piece of shit) somebody else when they have no fucking idea on how to form coherent sentences.
Also, you have to realize that not all Koreans have the chance to learn English like that. People who lived in English-speaking countries at a young age can obviously learn it easily, but it is extremely difficult Koreans who lived in Korea up until highschool, so take that into consideration instead of acting like a douchebag.
