Of course, it was definitely a tough road. It felt like the most tough road ever in my life. There was no detour, and even way back. And every time I met my friends or heard how they were doing, I felt so unsure, insecure, or even frightened, and so doomed seemed the future. Yet, there was one thing that lighted the world out and relieved me. So soothingly. That was English. After spending one semester majoring in English at the branch of HUFS, my horizon was broadened, and English was now touching me, and becoming a part of me, beyond simply being stored in my brain. To be honest, I spent most of my time studying English.

The second 수능 was not that bad. Actually I kind of nailed it. Especially the English test was like a piece of cake; I only missed one question by mistake. I could not believe and understand everyone saying it was the most difficul test ever, and yes it was. It turned out to be it was. Feeling so proud and confident, I thought I would pull everything off as well in college, I sort of hastefully applied for rhe English department of HUFS, and was accepted.
