오바마 대통령이 2013년 가을에 도쿄외국어대학교를 방문했을 때 했던 연설인데요.

언어는 성인이 되어서도 충분히 배울 수 있으니 힘내란 내용을 담고 있습니다



Although our good days are gone, by which I will call our childhood or the critical period, right now right here are we standing at a significant phase.

That is, learning a foreign language.

I do believe that we have to learn a foreign language. Some may doubt if we really can acheive fluency even though we are old. Yes, it may be doubtful.

But regardless of our social status, whether they are democrat or republican, or caucasian or asian, all of us can develop fluency when we are all united at 학원s or something!

Speaking of my backgrounds, I am a black and was actually raised in Indonesia, but even I can speak English fluently and properly!
