Here`s a suggestion. Be specific about what particular language error you detected on U-tube or whatnot for instance.
That would benefit the public as well as the person under fire, and you would be less likely to engage in libel, slander, and/or defamation, which can prevent a host of nasty problems including, but not limited to, those listed.
We live in a time where scientific knowledge and public civility reign, so let`s not engage in savage behavior even if your language is more accomplished on the surface -- but is it really? We don`t know that yet, do we?
For that, you would have to present evidence that it is indeed superior to what`s being corrected.

In a word, follow the golden rule: do not do to others what you would not appreciate done- to you yourself.
Instead of- engaging in non-specific, wholesale dismissing, be specific and and become an example of linguistic excellence.
You should remain silent, however, if you are not competent enough to prove your presumed fluency.
