People who are living in the Korean Peninsula is suffered from second occupation period.

Korean people had studied only English such as English maniac.
But foreign people naturally have a limit of linguistic ability.
Because language is a priori concept.
Forexample, Every children can learn thier mother language at six or seven.
This phenomenon proves theory that learning a mother language is inborn factor.
And foreign people who are studying a foreign language can never outdo native people.

A teacher who has blue eyes is teaching English to her students.
