Yo, Gohwan. It has been my pleasure to watch your growing English level since the last year. Actually, Gohwan is talented but I am not satisfied with your aggressive attitude toward the world. You don't acknowledge your errors in your English writing posted this morning, though it is evident like the sun sheds light on the ground. But I don't feel sorry for you because I am in a position to give you my heartful comment for a better life as follows.
Don't spend a great deal of energy arguing for your shit English on this gallery. When you are aggressive, you put yourself in a trench of extreme anger with rage and your blood pressure goes up. If you have destructive mental habits, if you get annoyed and bothered easily, or if you feel angry and frustrated a great deal of the time, take a long, deep inhalation by saying numbers from one to ten. The combination of counting and breathing is so relaxing that it is almost impossible to remain angry once you are finished. The increased oxygen in your lungs and the time gap between the moment you became angry and the time you finish the practice enables you to increase your perspective.
I am sure that being listened to is one of the most treasured gifts you may offer to the gallery. As you focus more on becoming more peaceful with where you are, you begin to find peace now. All you have to do is expanding your mind and opening your heart to others. Knowing this, you'll become a more relaxed, philosophic person because you will begin to sense the way you are thinking for a better life. If you remember that what you practice will become, you should begin choosing different types of practice on this gallery. A more peaceful way to live is to decide consciously which battles are worth fighting and which are better left alone. All you need is intention and practice.
