원래 한국에서 영어 CS업무보다가,

지금은 일본서 취직해서 무역쪽 일하고있음(영어CS메일 대응이 거의 70%)


미국이나 영국가서 영어로 일하는 사람들은 제외라고 생각되는데,

그외 나라들은(유럽포함) 님들이 생각하는 그런 유식한 단어 섞어쓰면서

영어로 유려하게 샬라샬라 하는 비지니스는 거의 없음


최대한 알아듣기 쉬운 영어, 발음을 굴리기보단 또박또박

각나라별 악센트를 어느정도 익혀야 듣고 말할때 도움됨

(인도(악명 높음), 동남아(중국이랑 비슷함), 프랑스(독일이나 다른 유럽 애들은 안그런데, 이상하게 프랑스애들만 영어발음 이상함), 필리핀(이중 필리핀이 가장 듣기편함) 등)

이번달 초에 있었던 실화임

리얼 메일로 하면 더심각하고, 그나마 전화로 해야 빨리끝남

메일로 하면 영어 못하는 담당자가 챗지피티돌리면서 이해도 못하는 메일을 번역돌려서

이해도 못하는 영어로 번역시킨다음 메일보내는데 미칠것같음


전화하면 그 오피스에서 영어 제일 잘하는놈이 전화 돌려받아서 대화하니까 그나마 남
