This is exactly what happens when you shadowing. However, to tell someone who just started " just repeat after what is said " def won't work either. I guess that's also not what he is trying to say, but he's saying you gotta do both. I just think that you don't want to make it this complicated, cause it's the simple issue where people can't admit what they're lacking and don't dare to work on it.
