My metaphysical theory is that reality is fundamentally composed of consciousness. Consciousness is the ultimate ground of being, and all physical and material phenomena are merely its manifestations or expressions. In this view, there is no such thing as an objective, external reality separate from consciousness; rather, reality is co-created by the observer and the observed. Furthermore, consciousness is not limited to human beings or even living beings; rather, it is present in all things, including rocks, trees, and even subatomic particles. This view is sometimes referred to as panpsychism, and it challenges the traditional dualism between mind and matter.
