Evidence of Coordinated Deletion and Platform Complicity
Overview
This report presents clear signs that DCInside may be complicit—either passively or actively—in the coordinated deletion of macro posts. The pattern of real-time deletion, post vanishing without trace, and post visibility manipulation suggests more than rogue actors; it implies systematic cooperation at the platform level.
① Sudden Mass Deletion of Macro Posts
- Thousands of posts linked to macro operations vanished in bulk between July 6–7, 2025.
- Deletions were timed shortly after exposure in the gallery and on external channels.
- The archived versions of many deleted posts prove their prior existence, yet they cannot be located via DCInside’s internal search.
- This indicates deliberate evidence tampering.
② Delisting Without Deletion (Ghost Moderation)
- Some posts are not deleted but become invisible in search results and gallery views.
- These posts can still be accessed via direct links or archives.
- This “soft-deletion” tactic suggests backend filtering or moderator shadowbanning.
③ Real-Time Deletion in Other Galleries (Jangshin, Kim Soo-hyun)
- In unrelated galleries like Jangshin Gallery and Kim Soo-hyun Gallery, posts deleted within minutes of posting.
- Even in galleries with low user activity, this behavior points to a real-time monitoring and auto-deletion system.
- Some deleted posts had archive links or screenshots, but they left no search traces on DCInside—suggesting internal suppression tools.
The timing and accuracy suggest either automated platform censorship or manual moderation under centralized instruction.
④ Ranking Manipulation – The Case of Daeheung Gallery
In Daeheung Gallery, ranking metrics were artificially boosted using mass-post macros.
Posts with identical phrasing were mass-uploaded, forcing manipulated threads to remain visible and dominate gallery visibility.
This strategic placement maximized exposure of manipulated narratives while burying organic user content.
⑤Selective Blocking of Political Figures – Hwang Kyo-ahn Incident
Former United Future Party leader Hwang Kyo-ahn publicly stated that his name or related posts were inexplicably blocked or suppressed on certain platforms, including community sites like DCInside.
This suggests selective keyword or account suppression, where even high-profile public figures may be systematically excluded from discourse.
Such targeted censorship aligns with the behavior observed in macro post deletions and reinforces the suspicion of platform-level manipulation.
