진작에 올렸어야 하는데 많이 늦었다.

매일 셀 수 없이 쏟아지는 여론조작에서 일정한 패턴을 찾아내고, 법적 효력이 있는 정황 증거를 체계적으로 제시하는 것은 쉽지 않은 일임.


여론조작 세력의 활동은 최소 10년 이상 지속된 것으로 추정됨. 하지만 이번 신고는 특히 미정갤에서 최근 약 6개월간 집중적으로 벌어진 심각한 여론조작 사례를 중심으로 구성했다.


일단 급한 관계로 간의 신고문을 갤러들과 공유하고 요청할까함


나는  더 세부적인내용으로 신고했고 이 심각성을 수사기관측이 인지하고 적극 대응하길 바라는 마음이다.


현재까지 정리된 자료는 전체의 5%도 안됨. 하지만 이 정도 자료만으로도 충분한 정황 증거가 된다고 판단되어 갤러들의 적극적인 신고 참여를 부탁하는 바임.


우선 이 자료로 신고를 진행하고, 앞으로 지속적으로 자료를 업데이트할 예정임.


개인적 의견으로, 좌경화 여론 중 8~90% 이상이 조직적으로 조작되고있다고 생각한다. 이런 여론조작의 기원은 연예인 및 유명인 바이럴 마케팅과도 깊게 연관되어 있는 것으로 보이며, 대한민국 모든 온라인 플랫폼 여론이 이미 심각하게 조작되고 있는 상황이다. 이미 언론만의 문제가 아님.


특히 이번에는 모스탄 대사 암살을 예고한 계정 역시 미정갤의 여론조작 주범인 IP 121.88과 그들과 관련된 전문업체(약 4~5명 단위로 3교대 로테이션으로 활동하는 것으로 추정)일 가능성이 매우 높다.


암살 위협과 여론조작을 함께 신고해주기를 바람.


여론조작의 심각성과 규모에 충격을 받았고, 언론뿐 아니라 국민의 눈과 귀, 입까지 막는 이들의 행태에 분노를 느끼지 않을 수 없었음.


이번을 계기로 반드시 여론조작의 뿌리가 뽑히기를 진심으로 바란다.


덧붙여, 여론조작은 부정선거와도 직접적으로 연결되어 있다고 추측된다.

라고 공식 천명했다는 사실입니다. 이는 사이버 공간에서의 체계적·조직적 공격 역시 동맹 차원의 방어 대상임을 분명히 한 선언입니다.

따라서, 장기간 AI·스크립트로 자동화된 여론조작 공세는 단순 온라인 괴담이 아니라 국가안보를 심각하게 위협하는 사이버 공작 테러이며, 미국과 한국이 공동 대응해야 할 동맹 차원의 사안입니다.

수집·정리한 EV01–EV11 총괄 증거는

• 암살 협박 글 원문·아카이브,

• 121.88을 포함한 매크로 IP 로그와 자동화 패턴,

2025년 7월 5일, IP 115.138에서 직접적으로 “내가 Morse Tan을 죽죽일 예정이다”는 문장을 포함한 암살 협박 게시글이 작성되었습니다.

해당 게시물은 곧바로 삭제되었으나, 캡처 및 아카이브를 통해 증거로 확보되었습니다.

게시글의 문체, 키워드, 구조는 기존 121.88 기반 매크로 글과 동일하며, 동일 세력 또는 연계된 인물의 소행으로 판단됩니다.

ID ‘funny7660’은 실제 음성 녹음파일을 게시한 바 있으며, 121.88 계열 조직 내부 인물일 가능성이 제기됩니다.

B. 매크로 조작 활동 분석 (EV01EV04, EV09)

EV01: 2025년 7월 8일 기준, 여전히 살아 있는 수백 개의 매크로 게시물을 군집별(Cluster)로 분류하고, 각 군집의 키워드·표현·조작 의도를 분석하였습니다.

EV02: 각 군집별 생존 여부를 체크하였고 군집 당 46개의 아카이브와 리스트 캡쳐본을 증거로 제시하였습니다.

EV03: 전체 게시물에서 추출된 IP 로그를 분석하여 고유 IP와 반복 사용 IP를 통계화하였으며, 중복 위장 가능성도 포착했습니다.

EV04(작성 중): 주요 공격 IP의 스크립트·시간 주기·자동화 기술을 분석하고 있으며, 이는 매뉴얼이 아닌 AI 기반 자동 매크로 조작임을 입증할 예정입니다.

비정상적 순위 변동 유저 아이디 대량 차단, 실시간 차단 등, DCInside 플랫폼의 내부 공모 가능성을 시사합니다.

실제로 '대흥갤', '장신갤', '김수현갤' 등에서 자동 차단 및 실시간 삭제가 반복되었습니다.

황교안 대표 또한 ‘대량 차단’ 관련 증언을 유튜브에 올린 바 있습니다.

E. 타 플랫폼 확산 정황 (EV11)

YouTube, X (Twitter), Naver, 인스타그램 등 주요 플랫폼에서도

‘내란견’, ASCII 아트 스팸, 동시 다발적인 해시태그 도배 등,

동일한 서사가 복제되어 확산되는 양상이 발견되었습니다.

Ⅲ. 분석 요약

• 121.88은 매크로 게시물·IP 사칭·암살 위협 확산의 핵심 주체입니다.

• 115.138은 협박성 게시물 작성 후, 매크로 시스템에 흡수된 위장 IP일 가능성이 있습니다.
