Your order has been flagged by our credit card processor for potential fraud. 


Orders get flagged for a few different reasons. It could be you are shipping to a different address than the billing address associated with the card used for the order, or perhaps you have recently moved and have not updated your card information with your card holder. 


 Because your order was flagged, we will need to verify your identity before we proceed. We do this by placing a small charge on your card, under $2. We do not keep CC information on file so to start this process, you can call us at 847-531-8664, or leave your card information at our secure link here: https://ww4.aitsafeㄱㄱㄱㄱㄱㄱㄱㄱ


Once the charge has been placed you would then check with your account and let us know what this amount is. This process ensures that you are indeed the card holder and have access to the account which someone trying to use the card fraudulently would not be able to do.  Once the amount has been verified, we will then void the small charge, and process your order as normal. 


Your account will need to be verified before the order can be sent out. We do this for your protection as well as our own. If you cannot or will not go through this process, we will have to cancel and refund the order. This needs to be completed within 14 business days. 


Please note: This is a one time and temporary transaction, any future orders will not have to go through this process.

내 카드는 비자 아니어서 다른 사람 카드 빌려서 결제하긴 했는데
