I am a wife of a man and mother of 2 children, just work 30hours a week for school chef in Houston.  Thanks to owning a 1200 square foot apartment house for 9 years we have more in assets than her apparently.



After attending a two-year culinary college, I got a job as a school chef when I turned 20. I work about 30 hours a week. My husband graduated from a four-year community college of education and works as a high school teacher. He works about 40 hours a week.


We got married when I was 28 and my husband was 29. At that time, we invested the money we had saved over more than seven years into Bitcoin, accumulating a total of $300,000. As a wedding gift, my husband's wealthy family gave us a Chevrolet Trax ($25,000).


During our newlywed years, we saved approximately $50,000 in installments and used $250,000 as a loan, taking out a loan for the remaining $50,000 over 10 years. We have to repay about $6,000 annually.


We are currently in our ninth year. My children are in the second grade of elementary school, and once we repay the $6,000 loan next year, our mortgage will be completely paid off. The remaining mortgage is about $8,000... I want to pay it off quickly.
