Hey everyone, I wanted to crosspost this from our Discord and social over here on Reddit as well as it's own post for increased visibility, as I know there are quite a few posts about our server issues.

As of the latest patch we have had increased matchmaking related issues. Some of these issues existed before the latest patch, but we had hoped that fixes that were made would improve matchmaking overall. Unfortunately since then we've had issues with matchmaking failing, high ping for players, and low population servers.

Our team is still hard at work with our partners to resolve the following matchmaking issues:

- SA region in matchmaking is currently disabled temporarily to improve overall matchmaking. Matchmaking tickets for the SA region were causing others to assign incorrect regions. It is a top priority of ours to get this resolved and bring SA matchmaking back online. SA players will be placed into other regions (most likely NA).

- There are remaining issues with back-filling players (and bots) into servers causing servers not to fill up and instead create new servers.

- We highly recommend not disabling crossplay at this time, as it may result in not being able to find players to match with due to the above matchmaking issues.

- We believe players being put into the wrong region servers and causing high ping should be generally resolved (except in the case for SA players who will be placed into other region servers for the time being).
