일요일에 민주지산 능선 따라 14km 완주했는데

스틱 안들고 갔다가 능선 봉우리 다찍고 하산할때 허벅지 근육통 와서 깡으로 겨우 내려왔는데

근육통 더 심해져서 설연휴에 연가 하루 붙여쓴 오늘까지 외출도 못하고 집에만 있었음
