I've been using legacy as its what previous cod games have used, however I find myself switching been the options. This is my first cod game on pc as I've only played cod on console so what are the differences and pros and cons of both? I've done some research but still not sure. I find legacy makes my aim inconsistent in warzone as I believe it changes ads sens for guns with zoom sights? Where as relative tries to keep your mouse movement consistent of the sights? I've read some say legacy is superior some say relative is bad for building muscle memory. I mostly use irons so some random guns with zoom sights that I pick up in Warzone change my aim a bit I feel. Something feels inconsistent.
Also, while on the subject I'm not sure whether independent or affected is best for ads zoom? I want to build muscle memory so unsure what to do, what do others use? Hoping to drum up some discussion on the topic to see can I get more information.
ADS relative and monitor distance coefficient 1.78 (i'm assuming you have a 16:9 aspect ratio monitor) and then affected FOV if you really want to build muscle memory.
What's the reasoning behind those? I heard legacy is better for muscle memory as it scales the sens proportionately based on the zoom of the sight? Where as relative won't take into account different sights etc so might be worse for Warzone where you pick up random guns. Affected for ads always felt soo zoomed out for me (I play on 100fov) and I prefer independent.
Relative at 0 Is Better For Muscle Memory, When I tried legacy,it was the same Sens at Hip-Fire which is Bad, u want you're ADS To be Slower for Muscle Memory
