우리나라 대부분은 크림제형. 레틴 a같은 경우도 마이크로 젤은 수입하기 힘듬. 미국가서 구입하는 방법밖에 없음.
위에 나온 트레티노인 제품 말고 아타팔렌 제품인 디페린 같은 레티노이드 제품도 있음. 타조락 연고도 있지만, 올해 말에 수입된다는 소문이 있지만, 미지수.
보통 스티바 크림제형의 제품을 많이 구매하는데, 여기서 정리하면 짭제품은 없는것 같음. 해외 포럼. 기사등 다른 유저에게 물어봐도 짭이라는 것 자체를 모를뿐더러 ra제품을 많이 쓰고, 스티바제품 보다 더 유명하기 때문에 복제 혹은 짭을 만들라면 나같으면 레틴a제품으로 만듦^^
그래도 국내에서 의사의 진찰에 따라 상담을 받고 자기 피부 상태에 따라 처방받아 쓰는걸 권장^^
트레티노인 제품 사용법
1. 밤에 발라라. 데일리크림으로 발라도 되지만, 서양인 피부보다 더 연약한 우리는 일단 피부에 적응기간을 줘서 자극을 최소화하여 바르는 게 좋음. 매일 바르는게 자극적이라면 기간을 두고 바르는게 효과적.
2. 세안직후 바르지 마라. 피부에 수분을 머금은 상태에서 바르면 효과가 반감됨
세안하고 20분후 피부를 말리고 바르는게 좋음..

3 모이스쳐나 크림제형과 썩어 바르지 마라.
같이바르면 덜건조하거나 더좋을지 아는데 ㄴㄴ. 스티바를 바른 이후에도 흡수다된 이후 모이스쳐를 바르는걸 권장.

4.HQ, 각질제거제, 벤조일과 동시간대에 바르지마라. 동시간대일뿐더러 피부가 예민하거나 자극이 심하면 트레티노인 제품만 바르는걸 권장
5. 너무 과하게 쓰지마라. 스티바든 머든 많이 바른다고 더 효과좋은건 없음. 적량은 완두콩크기. 오히려 많이 바른다면 더 예민해짐
6. 눈주변, 코주변, 입주변에 바르지 마라. 그부분이 피부중에서 예민한 곳임. 바르면 다른부위보다 더예민해지고 각질이 무수히 올라오는걸 체험.
7. 스팟제품처럼 바르지마라. 여드름에 톡톡xx처럼 바르는 스팟제품이 아님. 피부전부위를 바르기 싫으면 그부분에 도포하는 것도 괜찮
8.0.01 은 효과를 느끼기 부족함으로 0.025로 시작하는게 좋음
