설치후 ".NET Joke Service"서비스가 자동으로 시작하지 않음.
삭제시 ".NET Joke Service"서비스가 작동중일 경우 삭제 실패함.
위 사항 개선한 임의 작업 커밋#.
선행 프로젝트 예제의 추가작업사항은 반영하지 않음.

이 닷넷샘플 포크의 사용이 고도화 될경우 현 릴리즈는 폐기 및 대체될 가능성 있음.
