What torque for tightening Shimano pedals?

형들 나 pd rs500 클릿페달 자전거에 장착할라는데 토크 몇으로 조이는지 몰라서 찾아보니깐 35~ 55로 조으라는데 이거 맞음??? 페달 몇으로 조으면 되나??? 토크 쓰지말고 그냥 손으로 빡 쪼아?
타면 계속 조여지는거라 토크 맞추는게 무의미하다 생각 그냥 조이지 말고 나사선만 맞춘 다음 크랭크암 돌려서 장착해
걍 체중 실어서 조이면 되는데 구리스 바르고 조여야함
