너무 억울하다 지금 56kg됐어

운동은 2주일 했고 식단은 6일차 정도 됐다

중간에 1600칼로리 정도 섭취한 거 빼곤 나름 건강하고 간식 안 먹고 헬스장 가면 무조건 유산소 1시간+주2~3회 근력운동 30분 하는데 왜 살이 점점 찌는 거지 억울해서 잠도 안오고 피부 뒤집어짐
