Darn cold in Canada!

Who said that Canada is a nice place to live? Here is a small mid-western city in Canada and it is -38 degree C about two hours ago at 10:30 am January 27, 2004. With windchill? It is -52 degree. My butts are frozen and it is a darn cold day !!!
