- IVY league is losing dominance in these rankings. Still, HPM remains as top 3. It's an old term. Cornell is falling.
- The southern ivies (chicago, rice, emory, vandy) have been recognized quite dramatically this year (a major boost for rice and emory). This is predicted to be a fair boost considering a major change in the industry, concentrated in the east to southwest, and massive financial aids across the south.
- Virginia and USC boosted. Financial aid helped. Still the border between T20 and out is clearer than ever.
