today i want to talk about ways to enhance physical fitness.
it seems that only answer to building strength is through exercise.
i have to exercise consistently every single day.
they say that women only need to walk for 30 min,
but men need to do strength training and running.
this is because human males have evolved over millions of years to hunt animals.
i try to do 8 exercises after each study session according to pomodoro techniques, then take a shower and study.
the 8 exercises are pull-ups, shoulder exercises, jumping squats, push-ups, lunges, dumbbell lifts, kicking and outer leg exercises.
after studying, i lie down and rest for 13 minhtes, repeat the 8 exercises, shower, and then study again.
and when i go to the gym, i do 30 mins of inclines walking, and 30 mins of interval running alternating between walking and running.
after consistently exercising for 6 months, my physical fitness has really improved dramatically.
i need to exercise even harder from now on.
