my steam account has banned DS3

i didn't play ds3 for few weeks, cause i play sekiro recently

my pc was broken, so i format all and add save backup on save folder today

i don't know it caused ban, or banned before that


From what I was able to see. the problem is with your character named What. It was flagged for Invalid game data on the 21.03.2019

whatever, i removed that save file now

and playing new

the good news is that you can be unbanned

The bad news is that it cannot be done straight away


i heard it takes 5 days~3 weeks


Well it depends case by case but for now all you need to play at least for 3 weeks starting from today before we can unban you (which is the average duration of the bans)

if per chance you are still banned 3 weeks from now do not hesitate to contact us again.

i have one question about ban

is unban only once? even if i dont know why it banned, or hacker put items on my charater?

i heard there is a message if save file is currupted, but i didn't get any and banned right away


unfortunately that is correct, I can only unban you manually once.

this is due to the system own limitation
