What is a ?PlaceName? Chalice Dungeon?
It's a "hacked" (save edited) glyph that allows exploration of normally inaccessible Depth 6-8 Chalice Dungeons. Here's an example of how one of these glyphs looks in the "Search Results" screen.
What does "soft-locked" mean?
In this context it means your character may be stuck in a hacked dungeon with no way out.
Better safe than sorry
Although these glyphs aren't universally dangerous or guaranteed to ruin your save, we recommend that the inexperienced Hunter avoid these save edited dungeons, but if you've grown eyes on the inside and are driven to madness in seeking the eldritch truth...upload your character save to the cloud BEFORE joining one of these ?PlaceName? glyphs!
