Bad news first: I have examined your account and it seems that it was restricted because the characters Sexygay and NGM were flagged between 2020-01-31 and 2020-02-29, specifically for Inconsistency of souls and levels.
 
Don't worry, the good news is that your ban is not permanent! There are two things that you need to do to remove the restrictions:
 
1 - First, you have to remove any illegal content that you have acquired. In your case, this means removing the characters Sexygay and NGM.
2 - Second, when your account is clean, you will have to play for 1 month and contact us again afterwards.
 
We will gladly remove all kind of restrictions from your account once this month has gone through and, you will be able to continue playing with your friends and enjoying the game.
In the meantime, you can play Single player and become an even more experienced player =)
