Blacksmith Andre and the Shrine Handmaid will provide you with the equipment at Primordial Shops. Handmaid's Primordial Shop is unlocked by giving her the Primordial Scroll, dropped by Quintus the Monstrous at Grand Archives. This will unlock Spells and Rings. Andre's Primordial Shop is unlocked by giving him the Primordial Coal, dropped by Gaius the Mighty at Archdragon Peak. This will unlock Weapons and Armor.

NOTE: Primordial Titanites will be dropped by Dream and Nightmare versions of the bosses. Nightmare vrsions will drop multiple ones!
