Bad news first: I have examined your account and it seems that it was restricted because the characters heal and 01023 were flagged between  specifically for invalid data.

Don't worry, the good news is that your ban is not permanent! There are two things that you need to do to remove the restrictions:

1 - First, you have to remove any illegal content that you have acquired. In your case, this means removing the characters heal and 01023.
  
2 - Second, when your account is clean, you will have to wait at least 10 days, counting from the moment that the illegal content is deleted.

We ask you to delete all illegal content mentioned above and to send us a confirmation once your account is clean.

Following your confirmation, we will keep an eye on your account and notify you when the restrictions are lifted. Please keep in mind that if you use any mods or third party software in the future, the next restrictions might be permanent.
