I have examined your account, and it seems that it was restricted because the character "I do pvp" was flagged on 22/02/2021, more specifically, for data modifications.
 
That being said, I have also confirmed that the character hasn't been active since, and you haven't received any flags since.
 
It is important to note that if you did not remove the character or try to restore it from an old back-up, you would be banned again.
 
As a one-time exception, following the manual re-examination of your case, the restrictions on your account have been lifted =)
 
Please keep in mind that manual override can only ever happen once, so we encourage you to be extra careful in the future.
 
As a reminder, to make sure that your account is not banned again:
 
-make sure that all flagged content is deleted;
-don't use cheats of any sort;
-don't use any mods, even visual ones;
-don't pick up items from unknown players;
-don't manually tamper with the save data (including back-ups);
