In theory it should be possible to circumvent bans by having two instances of the game running on separate computers (with the one on the second computer not being banned), and having them ingame with chars of the same level and weapon upgrade range.

The matchmaking data of the second computer could be automatically extracted with cheat engine, sent to the first computer via a homemade client/server based program and injected into the game on the first. As PvP is peer to peer based and the matchmaking server only sends a list of people with whom a connection can be established, this might work. There would be other quirks aswell like having the char on the second computer auto-fasttravel and so on. In theory this should at least work for invading other people.

At this point, just playing on a family shared account is a lot easier though.

The answer is "yes", but not with current public table if that's what you asking. Cheat Engine is just a tool to put together your memory edits, scripts etc. With enough reverse engineering and "network skills" you could check and analyze what data your client receive and send when trying to connect to the matchmaking server and compare data from banned and unbanned account. Depend how it's done you might be able to fake certain stuff on the server authorization stage. Depends how all this stuff works.
