First of all, I am extremely sorry for the late answer.

Your account has been indeed restricted because you loaded a back-up save. Unfortunately any manual backups of your data are considered invalid and will not be counted as legitimate saves from the server.

If you have loaded a manual backup, you need to delete it. Please confirm this to me once you have deleted the character "Ashen One".

After that, I will be able to lift your restrictions immediately.

인데... 걍 캐삭하고 새로운 캐릭 만들어 놓고 정지풀리면 다시 백업했던걸로 갈아끼울까...? 어차피 계정에 문제는 없거든 도박인데 함 프롬속여봐?
