Alright guys so we're getting close to launch now, so marketing is really going to be going strong over the next couple of weeks. Got some word on what the plans are in the lead up to release so I'd like to give you guys a heads up so you guys can prepare and make your own decisions on how you'd like to proceed. Many of you have been patiently waiting years for this game to release so I'd hate for you guys to feel like anything was ruined for you this close to release.


So two things to look out for will be:


Gameplay overview similar to what Sekiro received and might show off a couple of details and glimpses of stuff that hasn't been shown before but if you've been following along with marketing thus far, played or looked at the Network test and are okay with that "level" of spoiler I think you'll be fine. Nothing major is being shown and might be a good way for people who have been following along thus far to get more hyped.


Though for the launch trailer, I would say you should be more careful if you're worried about spoilers, its obviously its a shorter flashier trailer that they wan to use to really sell people on the game and get them interested and invested, which means being less conservative, setting the tone and mood of the game, etc. Shouldn't be as bad as Dark Souls 3's launch trailer but there may be some "subliminal" spoilers in there that might look like nothing at first but later on you might be unhappy you saw once you start playing the game and getting the necessary context, especially for the more spoiler weary individual So proceed with caution. Obviously if you're on media blackout already then iust keeo it that way.




곧 출시가 다가오므로 앞으로 2주 간의 마케팅은 꽤 중요한 내용일 거에요. 그렇기에 여러분이 이러한 것을 어떻게 받아들일지에 대해 스스로 준비하기 위하여 미리 알려드리고 싶습니다. 여러분들 대다수는 이 게임이 출시되기까지 몇 년을 기다려왔다는 것을 알기에, 그저 출시가 임박했다는 느낌으로만 생각하게 두는 것은 그리 좋을 것 같지 않거든요.


고로, 주의해야 할 것은 다음과 같습니다.


게임플레이 오버뷰는 세키로 때와 비슷하며, 이전에 보여주지 않았던 몇 가지 세부사항과 약간의 정보를 보여줄 것입니다. 이건 지금까지의 마케팅을 보았던 분들이거나 네트워크 테스트를 해 보거나 그 내용을 아시는 분들께는 그다지 큰 수준의 스포일러가 아닐 것이라 생각합니다. 그다지 중요한 것은 없고, 지금까지 엘든 링을 기다려오신 여러분들이 기대감을 더 부풀릴 좋은 마케팅인 것 같네요.


출시 트레일러는 스포일러를 조심한다면 분명 조심해야 할 겁니다. 이건 좀 더 짧지만 더 화려한 예고편인데, 사람들이 이 게임에 더욱 관심을 가지고 참여하도록 유도하는 목적의 영상인 것 같습니다. 즉, 이 영상은 조금 더 진보적이며, 게임의 전반적인 분위기를 확실히 하는 역할입니다. 다크 소울 3의 출시 트레일러처럼 스포일러가 셀 것 같진 않지만, 일단 이 영상은 처음엔 아무것도 아닌 것 같아 보여도 게임의 스토리를 대강 짐작하기 시작했다면 분명 이 트레일러가 의미하는 바가 무엇인지 알게 될 것입니다. 스포일러에 환멸하신 분들은 부디 주의하시길 바랍니다. 특히 당신이 스포일러를 피하겠다고 갖은 노력을 다 하였다면 분명 그래야 할 거에요.
