Elden Ring Penalties

 

Penalties are applied when unauthorized tampering with the game is detected. This includes illegally enhancing parameters, illegally acquiring runes, altering the game's behavior, etc., and it is a violation of the Online Service Terms of Use. If an account that is sharing a library in Family Sharing is penalized, the other account may also be penalized.

 

These penalties cannot be removed by any means; Support cannot lift a penalty applied by the system.

 

Penalties will expire automatically after the appropriate time has passed, as long as the files that have been tampered with are deleted. If the file tampering has not been corrected or if the files are tampered with again after the penalty is lifted, a new one will be applied.

 

Please note that for to security reasons, we cannot disclose details such as the criteria to verify files and the fixed period of time until a warning is removed.

무단적인 게임 조작이 적발되면 패널티가 부과됩니다. 무단적인 게임 조작에는 패러미터 조작, 무단적인 룬 획득, 게임 동작 변경 등이 해당되며 이는 온라인 서비스 이용 약관 위반입니다. 가족 공유로 게임을 공유 중인 계정이 패널티를 받았다면 다른 계정도 패널티를 받게 됩니다.


이러한 패널티는 어떠한 방법으로도 지울 수 없습니다. 반다이 남코의 지원 팀은 시스템에서 적용한 패널티를 해제할 수 없습니다.


파일 조작이 복구된 경우 패널티는 적절한 시간이 지나면 자동으로 만료됩니다. 파일 조작이 시정되지 않았거나 패널티가 해제된 이후 다시 파일 조작이 적발되면 새로운 패널티가 적용됩니다.


보안상의 이유로 파일 확인 기준 및 경고가 제거될 때까지 정해진 기간과 같은 세부 정보는 공개할 수 없습니다.
