A 180-day penalty was imposed after unauthorized tampering with the game was detected from an account sharing the customer's library. 


If an account that is sharing a library in Family Sharing is penalized, the other account may also be penalized. This penalty cannot be removed. 


After the period, the penalty will be lifted automatically but if unauthorized tampering with the game is detected again from an account that shares the library in Family Sharing, the 180-day penalty will be imposed again.
