You gotta delete/rename/move your save and create a new one with a new character. You will get unbanned in about 1 month. You can also try restoring a backup if you have one, but if you have no idea what got you banned, you can't be sure that backup will be valid. Did you cheat? You get banned even if you cheated offline, as long as something not legit gets saved in your save.
