 A recent audit found that your Steamworks partner legal name and the identification that you have provided in the tax interview / identity verification do not match.  Your Steamworks partner legal name and the legal name used for tax purposes need to match (unless you are a US single member LLC). 

 

What can I do?

1)    If you need to change your Steamworks partner legal name, please use the ‘start over’ button located below the tax interview to start the process again to correct your Steamworks partner legal name (note: you will not lose your Steam Direct app credit).

 

2)    If your Steamworks partner legal name is correct, please retake the tax interview and then provide the requested documents in the same name that you used to sign up for your Steamworks partner account (you can find the name located in the subject line of this email). 

 

Please note that Valve uses Lilaham, a third-party tax provider, to gather tax information.

내가 기입한 법적 이름이랑

내가 제공한 자료의 이름이랑 다르다고 1주일 내내 빠꾸먹는중

영어로 다 썼고 여권이름대로 그대로써서 여권도 보내보고

다시 이름 제대로 기입했나 다시 써보기도 해보고

혹시나해서 신분증이랑 운전면허증도 보냈는데도 저럼...

도와줘...
