지금 게임에 아무 노래나 꼴리는거 넣고 있는데

비영리적 목적인 게임이면 저작권 안걸리는거임?

내가 검색해 본 결과론 The owner of a copyrighted work has the exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, display and adapt the copyrighted work. This includes the right to authorize or refuse to authorize others to exercise those rights. 라고 하니까 게임에서 수익 안내더라도 사람들한테 공개하면 '배포'로 인정될거같음

혼자서 토이프로젝트로 할거면 배포할일도 없으니까 알빠노일거같은데 배포하는 순간 다른사람이 돈주고 파는 물건을 너가 꽁짜로 푼 셈이 되니까 원작자 측에서 문제삼으면 문제가 되지 않을가
