번호표 생각하면 됨. 스팀뿐만 아니라 해외 고객센터 대부분에서 쓰는 용어

접수번호라고 보면 됨. 별의미없고 니가 그걸 이용해서 뭘 할일도 왠만하면 없음.. 스팀쪽에서 2 영업일 안에 보통 처리된다고 했는데 그게 지났는데도 처리가 안되거나 하면 니가 스팀에 다시 요청을 넣으면서 이런 티켓이 접수되었는데 처리가 안된다 뭐 이렇게 다시 문의해 볼 수는 있겠지
