1. there are 2-4 supplies in the field from grenade crates and stimulant crates, and I'm wondering if this is intended.

2. when I select armor with the option to increase load speed and reserve magazine, the reserve magazine of my primary weapon does not increase normally when it first drops.

We apologise for the late response. The massive amount of support tickets sent to the Player Support Team during the Omens of Tyranny update has resulted in longer response times than we would like, and we are working as fast as we can to help you.
I'm unsure if the different amount of supplies gained from crates is intentional or not, so I've gone ahead and reported this internally, just in case it isn't intentional.
As for the issue with the Siege Ready armour passive, that should now be fixed. Please let us know if it is still bugged!
