저희 집 현관문 밖에 수상한 봉투가 놓여 있는 것을 발견했습니다.

몇 시간 동안 심층 조사를 진행했지만, 이 기묘한 사건의 실마리를 찾는 데는 거의 진전이 없었습니다.


제가 이 일을 시작한 지 5개월이 넘었지만, 이런 일은 처음 봅니다.


청소 담당 직원(신원 보호를 위해 편의상 M.T라고만 하겠습니다)에게 이런 일이 있었는지 물어봤습니다.


그의 대답은 이랬습니다.


"없습니다."

도대체 이 모든 것은 무엇을 의미하는 걸까요?




증거 #1 - 봉투 (더럽고 제가 열어봤습니다)

일반인이 보기엔 평범한 슈퍼포스트 봉투 같지만, 자세히 보면 뭔가 이상하다는 걸 알 수 있습니다.


첫 번째 발견 - 얼룩. 기름 같은 물질이 얇은 종이에 여러 군데 튀어 얼룩져 있습니다.


두 번째 발견 - 모래. 봉투 안에 모래알갱이가 수십 개 들어 있습니다.


세 번째 발견 - 정체불명의 부스러기. 맛은 밍밍하고, 아주 평범합니다. 분명 슈퍼 어스에서 구운 것 같습니다.

This is your trusted Ministry of Truth Approved Investigator Stefan Holmes with an URGENT transmission!

I have discovered a suspicious looking envelope outside of our front door.

After hours of deep investigation I have barely inched closer to cracking this bizarre case.


Never in my long and prosperous 5 months at the job have I seen anything of the likes.

I even asked our Janitorial Specialist (to protect his Identity I am only refering to said person as M.T) if this has ever happened before

This was his response:

I urge you, citizens of Super Earth, Champions of Deduction and Yearners of Truth - Help me crack this case open.

What could all of this possibly mean? 



Evidence #1 - Envelope (Filthy and Opened by me)

A seemingly normal SuperPost envelope to the untrained eye - but if you look really close you can tell that something is off. First finding - Stains. There are numerous stains of an oil-like substance splashed across the fragile paper. Second finding - Sand. The envelop contains dozens of grains of sand. Third finding - Crumbs of an unidentified origin. Bland taste, very uninspired - definitely baked on Super Earth.
