떡이름을 뭐라고 해야할지 모르겠네요....


1. 하루동안 불린 거피팥을 삶은 후 굵은체에 내려 고운 고물로 만들어 줍니다

2. 체친 찹쌀가루를 찝니다

3. 다 쪄진 찹쌀반죽 위에 흙설탕 가루를 뿌리고 건포도와 견과류를 넣어줍니다

4. 김밥말듯이 돌돌 말아 식힌 후 먹기좋게 썰어줍니다



이번에 만든 떡은 어제 김장김치 받은게 있어서 그분께 드렸어요ㅎㅎ 그래도 맛은 봤는데 달고 고소하니 좋더라구요!

들깨를 넣은 떡을 만들어보았어요!


밑에는 그냥 맵쌀가루와 들깨가루만 섞은것을 넣고 윗부분은 통들깨도 같이 넣은걸 올려 쪄주었어요


저 꽃무늬는 절편에 문양 낼 때 찍는 도장? 같은걸로 살짝 찍어 모양낸건데 넘 정신없네요ㅠㅠ 얼핏 벽지같기도......ㅋㅋㅋㅋ




음 들깨라서 미개한 맛이라 생각하시겠지만ㅠㅠㅠ
통들깨가 들어가 톡톡 씹히는 식감이 좋아요! 드신분들이 슈팅스타아이스크림 먹는 느낌난다고 좋아하시드라구요ㅎㅎ

이번엔 검은콩 찰떡을 만들었습니당



하루동안 불린 콩을 소금 설탕과 함께 졸여주고요
콩 + 찹쌀가루 + 황설탕 + 찹쌀가루 + 콩 이렇게 넣고 쪄줍니다



떡 중간에 보이는 갈색이 황설탕이 녹은건데 꿀맛나구 떡은 쫀득거리는게 맛있었어요ㅎㅎㅎ

포도 씨를 빼고 껍질채 갈은 즙?을 넣은거구요


꽃 장식은 찹쌀반죽을 겹쳐서 아래에서 위로 돌돌 말아준담에 젓가락으로 가운데 부분을 밀어주면 되더라구요



꾸미는 감각이 없어서 이쁘게는 못꾸몄네요ㅜㅜㅜ

찹쌀가루에 커피원두가루를 넣어 반죽하구요
속은 드림카카오 초콜렛을 넣고 겉은 코코넛가루를 묻혀주었답니당




경단을 뜨거운물에 삶기때문에 초코는 녹아요ㅎㅎ
떡을 한입 베어물면 초코크림?시럽?이 주륵!




요거 만들고 할머니댁에 가져가서 나눠드리는바람에 한개밖에 못먹어봤지만 그래두 좋았답니당ㅎㅎ

혐주의!!


전에 기음갤에 앙금플라워 만드신거 올리신분이 있었는데요 저도 전부터 배워보고싶어 생각중이었는데 동네 마트 문화센터에서 일일클래스로 하는게 있길래 배우고 왔어요ㅎㅎㅎ



수업 주제는 다육식물로 꽃잎이 없는 선인장 같은 종류의 식물을 만드는거였어요



떡은 백설기떡이구요
그 위에 앙금을 녹차가루와 소량의 비트가루를 섞어 짤주머니로 짜주었어요 이게 생각대로 안되더군요ㅠ



맨 밑의 두사진은 강사분께서 만드신거에요
흙처럼 보이는건 과자가루로 만든거래요ㅎㅎㅎ
제꺼랑 차원이 다르다는....






결론은!!!!

망했네요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 맘껏 웃고가세요ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
가족들도 보고서는 이걸 만들어온거냐고 개나소나 다만들겠다고 하더군요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ ㅠㅠㅠ
