Those expressions look somewhat similar but have different meanings......

'Behind the times'는 '시대에 뒤떨어진'이라는 뜻을 가진 반면에 'behind time'은 '정각보다 늦게', '지각하여'라는 뜻이다... 예컨대 folder phone은 the thing which is behind the times 라고 표현할 수 있겠고, 'behind time' 같은 경우는 15시간 늦은 기차를 the train is behind time—for 15 hours 라고 표현할 수 있다.
