South Korea confirmed 47-thousand 9-hundred-17 new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday.
Daily new cases continue to show a downward trend while the number of deaths and severely ill patients are also steadily going down.
There were 24 more COVID-related deaths reported.
There are currently 497 severely ill patients.
