구글 검색해봤더니 리쉐이드 깔아서 그런거라더라 지우라는 파일 지우고 실행했더니 됨

dxgi.dll 파일문제임 아마 리쉐이드나 그런 그래픽모드 깔았을텐데 저런 dll 인젝션으로 게임에 영향주는 요소는 차단됨
