수학2보면 공간도형이라는 단원이 나오는데요 평면을 정의하는 것부터 시작하더라구요 근데 평면은 평면도형아닌가요? 왜 평면이 공간도형에서 나오나요

There are dimentions. 0 dimention is a dot. first dimention is a line. sencond dimention is a plane. third dim is a space and so on.. I think geometry involves all aspect of dimentions. Your curiosity on these matte is quite good one. Maybe you can understand when you study euclidean geometry. I think the answer to your questoin relate to the axiom.

I don`t know what 평면도형 is in english. But I think it could be a geometry . In that case , a geometry is not limited to the 3 space. So your misleading is derived from misinterpretation of math term written in korean.
