A smol mouse wired release very likely next month. I will be getting the packaging produced by the MP tooling next week, first time I get to see all the final puzzle pieces at once, along with the next revision of the smol wireless mouse bottom plate, which needed some work for the lightguide to make it less visible from the outside while the LED is off and very visible when it is on. Battery holder needs some final touches as well, then the mini wireless can go into EMI testing, which takes a good while for both battery and the whole product. Up to 9-12 weeks long, depending on regions and existing battery certificates, just so you get an idea about the time frame. Wireless products are pure pain, unless you dont give a F. Biggest recent pain in the butt was: One vital component arrived with a stealth change aka a bigger change affecting the specs in a major manner without any previous info just before CNY. Luckily I caught the issue before it reached the point of no return in MP, so no harm done, but this shizzle caused the MP to halt, followed by endless discussions, comparison testing, looking for alternatives and their implications, etc. We are now waiting for the component delivery with the changes reverted, basically another custom part if you will. ETA for these is end of the month/beginning of April. Then mass production will resume/conclude. Gives me some time to have all the languages proof-read and it is done.
