@everyone PRODUCTION/SHIPPING UPDATE - StormBreaker MAX CF
Unfortunately I donโt have great news, as there will be another set of delays on the production of the StormBreaker Max CF.
Each unit is being QCโd individually and hand tuned to ensure good production standards to what we know the community wants out of a finished product. Because of this manual process, the scaled production is slower than we would like.
While we understand this is increasingly frustrating for some customers, just know this isnt fun for us either. We want to get Max CF in your hands ASAP. There is no benefit to us delaying shipping on preorders that can easily be cancelledโฆ.. Unless we actually have concerns to address.
Which brings me to my last point. For some context, thus far we have had to scrap around 8000 shells while we made refinements, so as to up the yield + speed of a scaled prodcution. Obviously, those shells are not without a cost to usโฆ.
The new **__*estimated*__**** time frame:
- We should have first batch black units ready within a few days. Then will head out to our USA warehouse late next week. Expect fulfillment of this Black batch to start around the 18-20th of November.
- Whzy, Platinum and Nacho should arrive around the last week of November.
- Red and Ninja colorways are an additional week after. So start of December.
- Frostfire colorway was added last to our lineup, so we do not have an estimation for that just yet. There is some adjustment that needs to be made for this colorway specifically.
We are sorry for the continued delays, the team wants to bring our best foot forward when you receive your mouse, unfortunately we have to sacrifice time to do that.
