To all ULX Prophecy owners:

We are thrilled to announce that we will begin shipping out Prophecy orders this week! In advance of this shipping we wanted to go over a few important points;

1. If you require an address change the latest you can submit that is Thursday February 27th. So if you do require a shipping address change please contact support@finalmouse.com sooner rather than later.

2. Orders will NOT be shipped in the order they were received (order number), they will be shipped each day sku by sku depending on what our logistics team determines according to their internal processes.ย 

3. Colorways and sizes can not be changed.

4. This shipping process may take some time as there are a total of 12 SKU's, if you see others posting about receiving their mice before you do not worry, everyone will be receiving them at different times.ย 

5. The complimentary XGRIPs that were provided as a thank you for your patience will be inside the Prophecy box itself, under the receiver and with the included usb-c cable.
