Ashcroft가 괜찮고 살짝 더 어려워도 괜찮으면 Grosso가 제일 좋은듯. 윗 댓글에서 언급한 책 중에서 Fox는 반도체 광학을 한다면 입문서로 상당히 추천할만하고 Blundell도 그냥저냥 나쁘진 않은듯.

Ashcroft의 장점은 갖고 있으면서 유용하거나 중요한 내용들이 더 많음. 훑어보면 무슨 말인지 알거. 나는 Ashcroft는 초반부 (1-8 챕터?) 빼면 나머진 그리 좋다고 느껴지지 않아서 안읽음.
